S-beat's Arms is an enemy part obtainable exclusively from killing Sinow Beat. It can be used to create S-Beat's Blade.

S-beat's Arms can be converted into S-Beat's Blade by talking to Montague in the quests Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door, but only after completing Doc's Secret Plan.
