ANALYSIS
Brightness Circle's 25 EDK is the highest available on a Frame, making it a powerful contribution to any EDK resistant gear set. It is extremely popular for the Ultimate CCA area, as Brightness Circle alone makes you almost immune to Zol Gibbon's Megid attack, without having to compromise your other gear. Brightness Circle + Red Ring makes you completely resistant which is ideal in higher difficulty CCA quests.
In addition to having useful stats, Brightness Circle is also relatively easy to acquire by combining two items that aren't hard to acquire themselves (Spirit Garment and Star Amplifier). This is a boon to new players as you acquire gear, especially if you weren't lucky enough to find one of the level 101 rare armors before hand. Even the minimum stat model will be useful from level 111 forward.
