S-Red's Arms is an enemy part obtainable exclusively from killing Sinow Red. It can be used to create S-Red's Blade.

S-red's Arms can be converted into S-Red's Blade by talking to Montague in the quests Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door, but only after completing Doc's Secret Plan.
